Leadership Team

Mr Shroff is the Managing Director and Chairman of Shroff Group. A gold medalist, he completed his Bachelors in Civil Engineering from C.O.E.P in 1980 and subsequently also completed his Master in Business Administration in 1982. He also completed an L.L.B from ILS college. He has been awarded by various awards such as All India Achievers Award ,Glory of India Award presented by Institute of Economic Studies , National Award for E-Governance 2014-2015 for Skill Development in the Construction Sector, and award for outstanding contribution in role as Expert for Brick Laying at World Skill Competition from Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India. He currently is the Chairman – IGBC Pune Chapter, Kushal – Credai Pune on the Board of Construction Sector Skills Council and Painting Sector Skills Council, Paint and Coating Sector Skills Council, Govt of India. He has been the past Chairman of Builder’s Association of Pune ,Kushal, Rotary Club Pune Riverside, Constro 2009 and Abhinav Abhiyantriki Sthapatya Kendra . Mr. J. P. Shroff is an truly an educationalist and extremely passionate about Skilling in the Construction Sector. A multi- talented and a visionary he has contributed immensely in the fields of Construction, Skilling, Entrepreneurship and Sustainability .

The feminine force that has led Shroff Group to hold on its values and ethics is Mrs. Sujata Shroff . She is also the Managing director and Chief Financial Officer on the board, and holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce from Sydenham College of Mumbai.She also received a Diploma in Taxation and Law from Pune. She spearheads the Finance, Accounts, HR and Admin divisions within the company. Mrs. Shroff brings with her a rich experience of over 20 years in Finance Planning, Investments and overall finance. Her vision and focus on planning, streamlining and perfection has led the company to grow in leaps and bounds over the years. Apart from her routine work, she is passionate about her social responsibility towards the society.

Pranati has received her Bachelors in Architecture from MMCA Pune. She is an accredited LEED AP, Having cleared the LEED exam at Dubai USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council) being one of first to qualify for the same from PUNE and also acknowledged as a trainer by TERI GRIHA. She is an Executive Director at Shroff group aiming at conquering new altitudes in the construction and development industry. She also has to her credit number of eco – interiors with her interior design firm “Space Design”. She pursued her passion in environment by pursuing a course on environmental studies from the Ecological Society of India. A qualified LEED AP and GRIHA trainer, she is a partner at Sprout – a green building consultancy firm. She has been associated with various organizations through holding workshops, conducting conferences and thereby bringing awareness amongst the society about the green movement. She was subsequently awarded a Diploma in Management by the Swedish Institute, an acclaimed program of the Swedish Government. She is a visiting faculty at Brics College Pune and has built Pune’s Smart City Centre and Control Room in associated with MNC's. She is one of the founder members of the Credai Women Wing and also active member in the Youth Wing. She has been associated with Real Estate Developers Green Building Manual. She is also in a board member of CII’s IGBC committee and is on the panel of PMC Green Building.

Ms. Ankita Shroff is the Executive Director of Shroff Group . She was the Co-Founder of SAV Chemicals and Founder of Shroff Consultancy .She has acquired her Bachelors in Computer Engineering from M.I.T. Pune. In 2012, she completed her M.Sc. Management from Imperial Business School, London. Gaining diverse work experience at top companies such as Tata Consulting Services, Rolls Royce (UK) and PARI (India) in management and technology consulting has amplified her knowledge to lead as an Executive Director at Shroff Group. Her dynamic personality is evident from the awards "Best All rounder Student" from 2006-2010 for excellence in Sports, Academics and Cultural Activities". The Government of Maharashtra also felicitated her for academics achievement in the field of Science .She has been the recipient of many awards such as Pune’s Change Maker, 30 women under 30 , Power Women Awards, National Builder Award, etc .She has been invited as a speaker in Various Forums in Thailand, Sweden, Start Up Grind Empowered By Google, Facebook She Leads Tech organized by Yourstory,IIT’s and various colleges across India. She has been selected by the Swedish Government to represent Sustainable businesses and Responsible Leadership. She has been invited to brainstorm and exchange ideas on Global Deal Initiative in Sweden. She is extremely passionate about Travelling, Hiking, StartUps, Piano and Sustainable Businesses.
