Shroff in 1958, as a company noted for being an A class Contractor; the company has created Pune's finest government buildings such as the Polytechnic College, TB Hospital, Council Hall, Police Commissioner Office, Central Buildings and many more. With its Entrepreneurial spirit and zest to expand Shroff group's umbrella, the team diversified into residential and commercial real estate development in 1989. It has now over 6 decades of roadway towards sustained growth and dynamic business environment in the construction sector. Trusted for delivering maximum value for money in the properties developed by them, Shroff Group has completed over 2 million sq. ft. of property development in the areas of Housing, Commercial, Retail, Bungalow Schemes and Plots. We, as a company conceptualize and combine expertise and inspiration to create spaces for people to live, work and leisure.

Going forward as the younger generations joined the team, they ventured into consulting services and manufacturing. With an aim to encourage environmental and sustainable practices in the construction sector, Sprout was incorporated in 2011 to help businesses integrate an eco-sensitive approach in their company operations by providing services like Green Building Rating System, Green Office Adults, Eco-label Certification, Building Performance Simulation, ECBC Certification(Energy Conservation Building Code) . They expertise on creative insights over various architecture and interior projects focusing on comfort, functionality and detailing. As opportunities came by , in 2014, the company ventured in the manufacturing domain in a collaboration with Cartell Chemicals forming SAV Chemicals Pvt Ltd. SAV is professional manufacturer of Instant Adhesives for both Industrial and Retail Sector serving various industries such as Automotive , Shoe Industry, Appliances, Electronics,etc. It is to be noted that stake in SAV Chemicals Pvt Ltd was subsequently sold in Apr 2019 by Shroff Group in a multi crore deal to Hong Kong based Aries Trading Limited. As a firm believer of sustainable business and Responsible Leadership in 2023, Shroff group started Shroff Consultancy which is a social venture aiming at guiding and Mentoring the youth in education, career guidance and Startups.

The Shroff Trusts majority shareholders of the Shroff Group, have endowed institutions for medical assistance and also provided aid and assistance to non-government organisations working in the areas of education, health care and livelihoods.
